Kickstarter Updates and Status?
Updates: We will continue to use the Kickstarter framework for communicating with our backers.
Status: Kickstarter reward shipments are our top priority. As of early Jan 2025, we are still on track to begin reward fulfillment in March-April 2025 timeframe.
Why Pre-Order?
Your pre-order will reserve your spot in our priority queue. We expect to start general order fulfillment in April-May 2025.
Do you ship overseas?
At this time we are shipping our products to US addresses only. We will be adding international fulfillment later in 2025.
How long will it take to get my orders?
We use UPS and USPS Ground services for our order fulfillment.
What's with the name pSolBot?
We’ve chosen to pronounce it as "solbot," short for "Portable Solar Robot." The "P" in the name is silent (like in "pshrimp")—a nod to Rupert Psmith and the humor of P.G. Wodehouse.
