Our vision for the Portable Solar Robot is a solar energy capture system that enhances the outdoor experience by making it easier and more efficient to harness energy from the Sun. Designed to capture 30-40% more solar energy compared to a static panel, it’s a no-nonsense, durable, and affordable solution that is easy to carry/deploy/use.
Our innovative, practical, affordable Solar Robot features patent-pending SMART (Solar Mapping And Real-time Tracking) technology that enables the robot to continuously adjust the panel’s position towards the sun throughout the day. In contrast, a stationary panel, positioned statically, can only capture optimal sunlight for a limited part of the day—essentially functioning like a potted plant.

Solar Path Computation
Each location on the planet Earth experiences a unique Solar Path every day of the year. Our portable solar robot computes the Solar Path in real time based on the location.
Autumnal and Vernal Equinox mark the 2 days in the year when the Sun shines directly on the equator. Places around the globe experience nearly equal periods of day and night.

FAQ: pSolBot R2 Solar Panels
pSolBot R2 is designed for 100-250W panels, delivering optimal performance with SolarPivotPower qualified panels.
Select Third Party Solar panels can also be mounted on pSolBot Platform.
A Solar Panel mounted on pSolBot platform is typically connected directly to a Power Station. pSolBot does not intercept any power generated by the Solar Panel.
An Auxiliary Solar Panel (2W) is bundled as part of the Accessory Kit for keeping the Portable Solar Robot charged.
A user may choose to connect USB power from the Solar Panel or Power Station to pSolBot battery. A 6 ft USB cable is bundled as part of the Accessory Kit.
